Toyo Quick Sliding adaptor, USA code 180-719, international code 1045, EXC++ condition.

Cosmetically there are a few rubs only.  I am giving a 12 month warranty and a 14 day return privilege with this item. If you are unhappy with it for any reason, just return it in the same condition within 14 days of receiving it and I will refund the purchase price in full!
