• U.S. and Canada: For multiple Buy It Now items, you pay only the shipping on the heaviest item - all other items ship for free. Heavy auction lots are charged the actual shipping cost.
• All Other Countries: For multiple Buy It Now items, you pay shipping on the heaviest item + 10¢/additional item, up to 250 grams. Heavier shipments are charged the actual shipping cost.
• To get combined shipping, please wait for us to send you an email. If you use eBay checkout, it usually shows an incorrect (too high) shipping charge. Please don't pay separately for each item; there is no discount if you do.
• Items are usually mailed the next business day after we receive your payment. Parcels are mailed within 3 business days.
• All shipments are sent by airmail from our address in Canada. If you are in the U.S., please allow 1 to 2 weeks for your item to arrive. (Rarely, the mail can take longer.)

U.S.: We accept PayPal, money orders, and checks in U.S. dollars.

• A green (domestic) postal money order is OK.
• If you mail your payment, please use two stamps (or a 69¢ stamp) for a letter to Canada.

Canada: We accept PayPal, money orderd, and cheques.

• You may pay in U.S. or Canadian dollars. (Our email will state the total in Canadian dollars at the current exchange rate.)
• We pay the sales tax on Buy It Now items. Auction items over $50 are charged 5% GST (12.875% in QC, 13% in NB-NS-NL).

All Other Countries: We accept PayPal in U.S. dollars.

Clearance: PayPal electronic checks usually take 4 business days to clear. Personal checks may be held for 7-10 days to clear.

• Purchases over $100 are sent insured at no charge in the U.S. and Canada. For smaller purchases and other countries, the Canadian post office charges $7-$10 for insurance and tracking, or $12.50 for registered mail. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail.
• We pack your order securely with protective cardboard or in a cardboard mailer. Large lots are packed securely in a cardboard box with bubble wrap or peanuts for protection.
• We leave positive feedback the day your payment arrives (or when it clears). If you want us to email when we receive your payment, please ask.
• If you have any questions about shipping, please contact us before buying.

• There is a 10% discount if you purchase items with a total over $50.00, and a 20% discount for a total over $100.00.
• We will send you an email with the total amount, after the discount.
• These discounts apply to all Buy It Now items, but they do not apply to auction items.
