 Superb training DVD by Total Training for Macromedia Dreamweaver 8  Hosted by Janine Walker who I believe was a founder member of Macromedia, tyhis is a very clever and simple way of learning about the industry standard in terms of web design.  Although superceded now by CS4 from Adobe (who have taken over Macromedia) it is still a great way to start learning
