Jewellery items are described as accurately as possible, and may only be returned if their description is significantly different to the listing, or in the event that they arrive damaged.

Laptop parts, unless sold as faulty or dead, have a 14 day peace of mind return policy.  Individual listings will state whether or not I will accept the item back. Items returned in the same condition as sent will be promptly refunded using the original payment method, wherever possible.  Postage will be refunded only where the fault clearly lies with me as the seller.  In these rare circumstances, I will also pay return postage to keep buyer costs to a minimum. (Amount to be determined from the stamps / post label attached to the return packaging).

Items ordered in error may incur a handling charge, and no postage will be refunded.  The handling charge can be minimised by cooperation with eBay's returned item procedure, which reimburses some of my listing costs.  The procedure causes no cost or detriment to you as the buyer, and would be explained further in the event that it becomes relevant.
