All our items come with a full Toshiba warranty - please remember to register your warranty as soon as your new laptop arrives.

If your laptop arrives DOA please email me with full details and we will offer a refund or replacement.

If your laptop develops a fault please call Toshiba customer support  - they will be able to sort out a repair or replacement or may even be able to diagnose and fix the problem over the phone.

Once you have purchased your Toshiba laptop you can use Toshiba full technical support servics.
