We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, please contact us and you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund within 7 working days from delivery provided that you tell us within 7 working days after the day on which you received the products that you intend to return the item. Please contact us in the event of a problem. Postage costs are non refundable, if we have included postage in an item that the cost of postage will be removed from the final refund. 

If you return items you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items to us. We regret we cannot refund postage costs. We strongly recommend that the parcel be sent by a recorded delivery service, (one that requires a signature upon receipt). We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit. If you require a refund we will refund the price paid by you for the goods (exclusive of the initial delivery charge) within thirty (30) days of receiving your notification that you would like to return the products provided that you have returned the goods to us in their original condition at our distribution centre within 7 working days of delivery. Please note we cannot refund return postage costs in any case and any purchase is made on this agreement under Tort law as outlined by Ebay. In the event of a failed delivery and the item being returned back to ourselves, you will be liable for the original postage cost, this is normally but not always £8.99 if sent by courier to a domestic address within the UK, as per the surcharge areas, with royal mail it varies on the weight of the item. If the item is returned back by a courier (Business Post, Nighfreight and Parcelforce are contracted couriers to Disos Ltd) we are charged a return fee for the failed delivery, you will also liable for this charge, depending on the item, courier and location this ranges from £17.99 to £51.95, please note we have to pass these costs on and we can only send to the address on paypal for insurance purposes. We reserve the right to change courier or service depending on availability and time. If the tracking information for your item clearly shows the courier has attempted delivery and is returned back you will be liable for return postage charges and any failed delivery and return to sender fees we incur on your behalf.

Refunds will only be made against the original payment method used. If you cancel your order but do not return such goods to us within 7 working days, we shall be entitled to collect such goods from you and to charge you for the direct costs of collecting the goods. You should note these charges (which may be deducted from a refund) are likely to exceed the costs of you returning the goods. Until such goods are returned to us, you are obliged to exercise all reasonable care to store the cancelled goods safely and in appropriate conditions. Failure to adhere to this will result in a legal claim being filed and the involvement of the Police, all costs will be passed on to you.

Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available and you will be responsible for arranging for such goods to be returned to you within 14 days of our notification.

THE RETURNS PROCESS

STEP 1. – Notifying us of your intention to return or cancel your order

STEP 2. – Completing the necessary documentation

On notification of your intention to return, please ensure you include your details and the details of your order within the package, not on the item but in a note in the package along with a reason for return.

STEP 3. – Returning the product for refund

If you have chosen a refund, we will process the calculated refund within thirty (30) days of receiving your notification that you would like to return the products provided that you have returned the goods to us in their original condition at our distribution centre within 7 working days from delivery. If you have requested an exchange or replacement, this will be processed within 7 working days of receiving your returned goods and will be delivered via recorded delivery.

Feedback issues:

Regarding feedback, due to the increase in Fraud on eBay and the internet, we have no choice but to pursue defmatory feedback through the courts. In the first case you will be contacted outlining the feedback is Defamatory, this will be your legal offer of amends as outlined by the Defamation Act 1996, if you remove the offensive feedback, we will ask the Solicitors not to pursue legal claims and court orders. Failure to do this will result in the matter being taken through civil courts. Solicitors fees of £175 per hour, plus VAT will be passed on as will further legal costs, as has already been deemed by an independent adjudicator the minimum amount for a negative feedback, to claim is £5000 so we will be pursuing this as well due to the adverse affect on the business. Court costs will also be passed on.

Feedback issues, please note when you buy an item as eBay advises you when you place a bid or purchase an item you are forming a legal contract, feedback left which is influenced by delays in a courier delivering the item are NOT applicable for Negative Feedback under eBay guidelines and Policies, feedback that is left will be pursued again by Solicitors under Tort Law. We regret having to take these measures but are enforced to do so through eBay policy and the increase in fraud on the internet.

Return policy

If the item is damaged in transit, i will require proof that it has been damaged, this can be either a photo or sending the item back to me.  I will then refund the item.  If you wish to have postage refunded as well please ensure you select the optional postal insurance as i need to pay the courier this before it is shipped.
