This glossy screen is an ideal upgrade from normal Matt finish LCD or a replacement to your exiting Glossy LCD. This screen will fit almost any laptop which has 15.4" WXGA TFT LCD with 1280 x 800 resolution and 30pin data input connector. · This screen has no brackets or backlight inverter board. · Usually laptop screens are attached to the laptop's internal metal brackets on both sides. · In some cases you may find there are some additional metal mounting tabs on top and bottom. These mounting tabs are not necessary to fix your screen. · This screen does not have any top and bottom mounting tabs. This screen will fix securely without these tabs. |

We use Royal Mail or express courier service to ship your item to UK & Worldwide - Orders received before 2:00 pm GMT, with cleared funds will be dispatched same day by Royal Mail Recorded 1st Class.
- According to Royal Mail, Recorded 1St class mail gets delivered within 1-3 working days, but it is not guaranteed. Our experience is that most customers receive it next day as you can see from our feedback.
- Orders received after 2.00pm may be dispatched same day or next working day.
- Orders received on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched on next working day.
- We will dispatch items to PayPal registered address only. Please make sure your address is correct. Undelivered items will only be dispatched after re-payment of postage charges.

- We process all orders according to our promise. If your item is delayed by Royal mail, international local postal service or the International Customs Inspections, then we cannot be held responsible for delay.
Feedback - Our aim is to provide best possible service, and we believe in 100% customer satisfaction, if any customer is not happy with any of our products or services please email us and we will resolve the issue in timely manner. We are open to any suggestions to improve our service however by leaving negative feedback will not resolve any issues.
- Posting negative feedback before even giving us opportunity to repair or replace the item will result in void warranty.
- Communication: We will make every effort to contact you to resolve your queries. If you do not hear from us within 48 hours please make effort to contact us. Quite Often it is email, sms or answer machine problems that can lead to communication problems. If you're going away and have no email access, please let us know prior to doing so. With your cooperation, we can avoid communication problems.
 - Within 14 days from date of purchase, if for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase or it is faulty, please email us for RMA (return merchandise authorization) and return instructions. If you return the item, you must return it with original invoice and RMA number. Buyer will have to pay return postage on his side.
- Returned item will be tested before issuing refund or replacement. Returned item must be in original shape, quality and quantity and in re-saleable condition. Any damage to the item or retail packaging may reduce value of the item. Returned item must be the exact item which we shipped out, must have all original labels, warranty stickers and serial numbers in place, free of tampering and scratches.
- Faulty items: If our product develops fault within warranty period, please email us for RMA and return instructions. You must send copy of original invoice with the faulty item. Once we receive the item we will test it, and if found faulty we will repair it or replace it. If we don't have the same item in stock, we will provide similar item of the same value. Buyer will have to pay for return postage on his side.
- Under any circumstances our liability is only up to the value of the item, which is purchased from us.
- We reserve the right to charge a twenty percent (20%) restocking/handling fee on all returned items apart from faulty items.
- It is customer's responsibility to pay for return postage, and the safe return of the item. It is advisable that customer should obtain proof of postage in case of the rare event of the item not being received.
- The warranty will be void if any damages are caused to the item due to mishandling, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, modifications, alterations or repairs made to the product.
