This listing is for a ex-display, fully tested Toshiba RD-88DT 160GB HDD / DVD Freeview Recorder with integrated Freeview & Analogue Receiver and HDMI 1080p Upscaling.

The Toshiba RD-88DT is a well featured Freeview and Analog TV recorder, combining both a DVD writer and Hard Disk Drive for recording TV. The 160 GB hard drive will allow for upto 267 hours of TV to be recorded depending on what recording quality you choose.

As well as recording TV, you can also pause live TV if you need to take a break while a programme is on, allowing you to resume your program where you left off when you get back.

Toshiba have styled this recorder in a sleek black and silver finish, as seen in the product image above.

If you've got an HDTV LCD or Plasma, this recorder has an HDMI connection (along with many others), to allow you to connect it in 720p, 1080i or 1080p if you're TV supports.

Alongside the Freeview recording, you can also play your existing DVD films on this and have the player upscale them to HDTV resolutions, making your movies look their best on an HDTV. An added bonus feature that's worth having! You can even playback MP3 and DivX movies from a disc.
