 Please note, this TV has been used intermittently since being purchased in February, and thus comes with the remainder of the manufacturers 12 month warranty.  The original receipt will be provided in case a claim needs to be made but the TV is in full working order with no dead pixels and no marks or scratches.  Both manual and remote will be provided and the stand as well ( if needed) please consider the stand value as well if making an offer.  If the stand is of no use please make an appropriate offer for just the TV. 

The only difference between the XV555 and XV553 is the silver trim on the underside of the frame.
