Unfortunately we do not have a power supply to try the TV. The Screen doesnt look broken but we cannot test due to no power supply. Therefore this item is being sold as FAULTY - UNTESTED. No refunds / Returns.

Payment needs to be received within 7 business days after the auction end. Otherwise a negative feedback will be posted on Ebay and the item will be re-listed.

We only send to confirmed Paypal addresses, and reserve the right to cancel the order if you pay with an unconfirmed account.

Items are typically sent out within 2 days of payment clearing, excluding Saturdays & Sundays via Royal Mail 1st Class unless otherwise stated.

If the postage option is Courier, the item will be sent by Parcel2Go.

 Our shipping & handling rates include the expense of shipping, handling and high quality packaging.

Free collection is available from our High Street Shop in Chatham, Kent, but must be paid by card or cash on collection.

We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable addresses, and if the item is returned to us, it is down to the buyer to re-pay for delivery.

Extra postal insurance is offered on all items

In the event of your package not arriving, please contact us before filing any reports with eBay or Paypal or leaving negative feedback, as we can often resolve these before they escalate further.  We cannot however, replace or refund a missing item until after 21 days of despatch, as it isn't possible for us to trace the package before this time.

As This item is being sold as "Faulty" it is intended for SPARES or REPAIR. There will be NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES.  This item will not be guaranteed at all in any way, and we cannot give a lengthy explaination of faults on any single item. This is sold as seen only.  We will not refund or replace for any other faults that may develop with this product.

If you wish to buy this to for personal use, we stronlgly recommend that you don't unless you are able to repair or accept the faults with the product.
