ALL OF OUR ITEMS ARE COVERED BY A 12 MONTH MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED IN THE LISTING.
Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded. However we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. We will EXCHANGE any product at OUR EXPENSE should this happen within the first 14 days of purchase. If a problem is found within 14 days of purchase, please e-mail directly to mail@avworlduk.com or call us on 01329 829297. Our team will arrange to have the problem sorted out for you as soon as possible.
Should an item become faulty within the manufacturers 12 month warranty period but after our 14 day exchange/refund scheme, the item can be taken to your local service agent or can be returned to us as the selling dealer and a repair will then be arranged by us with the appropriate manufacturer / service centre and we will then return the item to you.
If the item is returned to us it is at at your own expense, we will however return the repaired item to you at our expense.
From time to time we may be offering "AS NEW" units, meaning that they have been returned to a major retailer either as a failed delivery, under a money back guarantee, cancelled order or unwanted gift. These units are returned to the manufacturer, fully tested, checked and re-packaged as they originally were when new. They are then offered to selected retailers such as ourselves to pass on to the public at greatly reduced prices. Although occasionaly the packaging may not be original, generally these items are perfect, indistinguishable from new and they come with all original accessories.
We do however guarantee that the item will be in perfect working order and offer the opportunity for a bargain, complete with Full Warranty.
