NOTE:   Money orders, cheques and other forms of payment are strictly NOT accepted.

* Postal orders can be purchased at a post office. Stamps are strictly not considered as part of payment. Do not cross the postal orders. Make payable to "Li Xin Yun". Please email me if you are paying via postal orders so that I can give you my mailing address.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

• Packages usually ship within 3 working days after payment clearance. Please allow extra days for weekends and public/bank holidays.
• Shipping takes about 8-14 working days.
• SHIPPING RATES:
  • 1-3 items total shipping GBP4.50 ; 4-6 items total shipping GBP7.50 ; 7 items and above each item GBP1.20
  • Seller cannot guarantee the safety of delivery unless the optional Postal Insurance of GBP2.00 per shipment is purchased.
  • For bulk orders of 7 pcs or more, postal insurance is required and will be added on top of the total postage.
• All items will be packed in individual gift boxes for FREE!
• Combine shipping is only available for purchases made within 7 days and items have to be paid at the same time. 
• International Bidder take note: The postal rates are the same for ALL countries worldwide.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

• If an item is defective, all payment excluding all postage and packing charges will be refunded. Please return defective item to me for a refund within 7 days of receiving the item. Please return in the same condition with secure and adequate packaging via airmail. Refund will only be issued upon receipt of the item.

• Only items in perfect condition will be sent out and all items have been packaged carefully to ensure that they are properly protected. As most items are defective due to transportation, WE WILL ONLY DO A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT ON THE DEFECTIVE ITEM IF BUYER HAS PURCHASED THE POSTAL INSURANCE!!!

• If the return item is not faulty, buyer will also have to pay for the postage and packing charges for returning the item. There is a 25% restocking fee for all non-defective items returned. All postage, packing and handling charges are not refundable.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Bidder must agree with all the terms and conditions, including payment, shipping & handling policies, returns & refund policies before placing a bid.
• All sales are final.
• Winning Bidder have to arrange payment within 7 days. Otherwise the purchase will be cancelled. Non-paying bidder dispute will be lodge against you.
• Please note: This is an overseas mail, therefore the longer delivery time and higher postage cost.
• All goods posted out from us will be seriously packed and sent via registered post. We assume no liability for postal late delivery or goods damaged or missing during the transportation. However, we will give our fullest assistance to the buyer in tracking the mail/parcel in case such situation should happen.
