Returns are not accepted on makeup products due to hygiene reasons but all card products are elligable for return if you are not fully satisfied with you purchase. However, returns must be sent back at the buyers cost and in the condition that they were sent in. Then a refund can be given for the cost of the item, not postage costs. Always contact me first if you are dissatisfied with your purchase and I will always aim to solve the problem. Occasionally parcels can unfortunately get lost or damaged in the post. If this should happen then i shall forward proof of postage on to you to pursue the claim |
