Satisfaction guarantee
If you are not totally satisfied with the goods for any reason, return them within 30 days and we'll exchange them or refund your money. We can only accept items that have not been used.

We recommend that you return items via registered mail. Please ensure you have sufficient insurance cover especially when returning valuable products. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport. Please note that return postage will not be refunded. Should you be sent a faulty item, we will of course reimburse you fully.
