| You are bidding on an original HANDSIGNED and dated SILKSCREEN print by highly collectable modernist artist Tomislav LAUX (1939 - ), Germany You can find this artist on artnet askart and other online art resources - or google. Also check artist web: tomislavlaux.de Best known for his work 100 pictures 100 days - "time is experienced in a symbolic pictoral form" today we are very used to this montage style of print which truely looks 3-D (think Bansky et al) but if you consider this print is from 1971 it starts to look quite groundbreaking! I think this is an artist whose works will increase in value in coming years This is a SILKSCREEN / SERIGRAPH on stiff fine art paper. with this work he uses deep, rich vibrant shades of purple and turquoise - making this an arresting and striking piece of art hand-signed in pencil : Laux, 71 (for 1971) and 44/70 (for edition number) handsigned title: "Starfighterburtstag" - Starfighter birthday See my other auctions for more art and prints by Geiler, Grasel, Prager, Pasmore, Tilson, Chillida, Tapies, Hartung and others condition No damage.
