Payment

I accept Paypal and Postal Orders as payment methods.

Please make payment within 7 days of Auction/Item End.

If I have not received payment or any communication from you after 7 days then I will assume that you no longer want the item and it will be re-listed (Please also see “Non-Paying Buyers/Bidders” Section). 

 Postage & Packaging

All items are well packaged, extra delicate items will be wrapped in bubble wrap and put inside a Jiffy Bag or Box.

The P&P (Postage and Packing) charge does not just reflect the cost of Postage but also the cost of jiffy bags, boxes, brown paper wrapping, packing tape, etc.  I will, however, try and recycle jiffy bags and boxes to help save our environment.

Returns & Refund Policy

All items are sold as seen and described honestly and accurately therefore, no refund will be offered.  However, if I do make a mistake in a listing I will give a full refund, as long as the item is returned to me in its original condition.

 IF, in the unlikely event that there is a problem, you MUST request a refund and return the item within 14 Days of MY despatch date otherwise no refund will be given (this 2 week period is more than fair for you to make sure any items are in full working order!).  Please also see “Missing Parcels” Section. 

***  PLEASE NOTE ***  I only give refunds if there was a mistake in my advert or if the item is faulty. 

Non-Paying Buyers/Bidders

ALL non-paying buyers/bidders will be reported to eBay, an “Unpaid Item Strike” will be given and a negative feedback will be left!

Missing Parcels

All items are posted via Proof of Posting, they also have a “if un-delivered” address clearly and securely printed on the back of every parcel.  If you wish to have your item sent via Recorded Delivery, I keep all Recorded Delivery slips and Proof of Posting slips for 20 Working Days. 

ALL NON-RECEIVED/DAMAGED ITEMS MUST BE REPORTED TO ME WITHIN 20 WORKING DAYS OF MY DESPATCH DATE!

If an item or items go “missing” or are damaged in transit then I will send YOU the Recorded Delivery and/or Proof of Posting Slip/s for YOU to open a “claim” with Royal Mail.  

I DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS FOR ITEM/S LOST OR DAMAGED BY ROYAL MAIL!

I cannot be held responsible for any item/s lost or damaged by Royal Mail.

International Buyers/Bidders

I do not usually ship outside of the UK, however, if you would like to buy one of my items, please contact me for a Postal Quote.  If you are happy with the quote, buy the item, but do not pay for it until I have sent you an invoice.  I reserve the right to refuse to post items outside of the UK.

Feedback

Please leave feedback once you have received your item and you are happy with it. 

I leave prompt feedback once I receive feedback from buyers. If there is a legitimate problem with an item or a transaction, then please advise me of the problem before leaving negative feedback or lodging a dispute. I am more than happy to address genuine concerns but can’t do that if I don’t know about them.
