Postage & Packaging All items are well packaged, extra delicate items will be wrapped in bubble wrap and put inside a Jiffy Bag or Box. The P&P (Postage and Packing) charge does not just reflect the cost of Postage but also the cost of jiffy bags, boxes, brown paper wrapping, packing tape, etc. I will, however, try and recycle jiffy bags and boxes to help save our environment. All items are sold as seen and described honestly and accurately therefore, no refund will be offered. However, if I do make a mistake in a listing I will give a full refund, as long as the item is returned to me in its original condition. IF, in the unlikely event that there is a problem, you MUST request a refund and return the item within 14 Days of MY despatch date otherwise no refund will be given (this 2 week period is more than fair for you to make sure any items are in full working order!).
