TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Buyers must pay for their item in full within 7 days of Auction ending, or completing the Buy It Now Process Non paying Buyers will be reported to Ebay and unpaid item reminder will be sent. Failure to respond to the unpaid item reminder will result in an unpaid item strike being awared by Ebay to the non paying member, which may result in suspension of account. Should you be unable to pay for your item, please contact us to avoid this situation arising. If you are unhappy with your purchase in any way, you may return it to us within 7 days for a full refund. Buyer is responsible for postage costs unless item is faulty. Should you receive a faulty product, please return it to us within 7 days for a replacement. The product will be tested and if found to be faulty, a replacement will be issued free of charge or if no replacement is avaiable, a full refund including postage. You must e-mail first for authorisation and the item must be returned to us within 7 days of authorisation to return being received We accept full responsibility to ensure that your item arrives with you safely. Should you not receive your item within 14 days of payment, you must contact us immediately. We will refund/replace your item and complete an investigation with Royal Mail/Courier service. This will require us passing your information onto Royal Mail to investigate the situation, we will notify you of this prior to filing a claim Postal insurance is available at the additional cost of 65p. This covers the cost of a recorded delivery (signed for) items and is recommended for urgent/valuable items I reserve the right to increase postage costs for internation shipping. International postage costs are estimated and should the postage be considerably more then it will be the buyers responsibility to pay for those costs. Should the buyer not be willing to pay those costs, then a refund will be issued for any monies paid and the sale terminated. Where a buyer requires the item sending to an address other than their Ebay or Paypal registered address, this must be confirmed with me prior to purchase. I reserve the right to decline to send the item to another address.
