All products are triple checked before dispatch and are carefully hand packed by our dedicated in house logistics department. Your product is shipped directly to you as soon as we have received your cleared payment.

We aim to deliver the majority of the small/medium sized items that we have to you within 1-2 working days for most UK postcodes. For remote UK postcodes and locations not classified as mainland UK then we will aim to deliver small/medium sized items to you within 3-4 working days after you have placed your order.
A signature may sometimes be required at delivery. By placing an order you are authorising us to accept signature from another person at the same address on your behalf if you need to sign for a product and you are not present at the time of delivery.
Should your consignment be a failed delivery, further collection and delivery
attempts will result in additional postal charges to the Buyer.
We also use third party delivery companies which may, at their
discretion, leave a product in a safe place if no one is present at the
time of delivery. In these circumstances the delivery company will put
a card through your letter box explaining where the product has been
left.

Faulty, Damaged, Exchanging and Cancellation |
If
your product arrives defective you must report the damages within 24 hours by calling Customer Services on 0044 (0)141 6389966 from date of
receipt to request an exchange. The product must be returned to us in
the original and un-used condition and in it's original box and
packaging.
Please note that for courier
companies to accept liability for damage caused in transit we must
inform them of any damage within 24 hours of delivery. Therefore, you
should inform Customer Services on 0044 (0)141 6389966 as soon as possible following delivery of your products.
Any claims made after this time but within 5 days will be subject to
our discretion and thereafter any such claims may be considered
unreasonable.
When your products are delivered please check that the order is
complete and not damaged. In the event that your order is visibly
damaged, do not accept the order and enter on the delivery note 'Damaged' along with a brief description of how or where the product is
damaged.
If you have accepted the products and subsequently discover that they
are faulty or parts are missing, you are entitled to a
refund or replacement . Where a replacement is not
possible e.g. because the product/parts no longer exist then a refund
will be offered. You have 7 working days from the date of receipt to
return your products to us for a full refund including where appropriate a
refund of your delivery charge. In this case do not use the products and
inform us as soon as possible following the date of receipt describing
the problem in as much detail as possible.
Product exchange is our normal policy as long as you the buyer, agree
to pay for the shipping costs incurred by the courier and postal
services.
Cancellation of order - Due to change of mind
If
the products have not been dispatched we will cancel the order and
full payment will be refunded. If the product has been dispatched
and we are unable to prevent the delivery you should refuse to sign for
the products and they will be returned to us and the cost of your order
refunded but not your delivery charge.
Up to 7 days following the day of delivery
Under
the distance selling regulations you have 7 days to cancel your order
starting the day after the date of delivery. You must cancel your order
in writing, by email or telephone. You will be responsible for the cost
of returning the products and you must take good care of the products whilst
they are in your possession. If you do not exercise reasonable care and
the products are damaged whilst in your possession or in transit we will
not be able to accept the products. When you return your products please return in an as new and sealable
condition complete with all packaging and accessories supplied.
If you are posting an item back to us we recommend that you obtain a
proof of posting certificate which is provided free of charge by the
Post Office.
Where unwanted products are returned to Ebinary Ltd after the expiry of
the 7-day return period but within a reasonable period of time Ebinary
Ltd reserves the right to levy a handling charge. A charge of 20% of
the
invoice value of the Goods returned, with a minimum charge of £10 will
be levied on products which are not defective. The Customer must bear all
the costs of returning any unwanted products to Ebinary Ltd and provide
proof
of delivery. Ebinary Ltd reserves the right to recover reasonable
direct
costs where collection of products from a customer has been requested. Ebinary Ltd reserves the right not to accept the return of unwanted,
non-defective products after the 7 day period at it's absolute discretion.
Some products are provided with a manufacturers 12 month warranty,
however if a fault is caused by misuse, negligence or accident then it
may not be covered by the manufacturers warranty and therefore any
replacement will be chargeable. If you decide to proceed with the replacement you
must confirm your acceptance to us within 7 days. If the products have
been sent back to us for replacement and, you do not confirm
acceptance of costs then the products will be sent back to you not replaced
and a charge may be payable.
If you have any problems with your purchase after 7 days we can offer help and assistance. Please contact our Customer Services
You
should expect to pay any amount charged by the Government in your
respective country, this includes and is not limited to custom duties,
taxes and any extra fees charged by courier and postal services. Carriage will be charged on orders involving Export at the appropiate rate prevaling at the date of dispatch. The customer is responsible at their own expense to obtain any import or export license or any other documentation deemed necessary by any compilant authority.

Faulty goods under Warranty - Any defects in the products which under
proper use appear within a reasonable period after delivery and which
are due to faulty materials, workmanship or design will be made good by Ebinary Ltd either by repair or, at the sole discretion of Ebinary Ltd, by
replacement or refund. Any claim for products or the defective parts
should be returned together with proof of purchase and (if relevant),
all complete accessories, instruction manuals and software and,
wherever possible, in the original packaging.
In all cases refunds will only be offered once liability has been
determined by ourselves or by an approved third party (courier or postal
provider).
New products : If the product has been damaged or opened no refunds
or returns will be accepted. If the product has been tampered in anyway
no refunds or returns will be accepted.

1. " Has my product been dispatched? "
When you recieve a dispatch notification from Ebay thats the day its
dispatched from our warehouse, normally it can take 2 working days for delivery, If you are not in
when the postman calls your item will be returned to the sorting
office. Please contact your local sorting office

2. " I have not recieved my product? "
If the product has not been delivered within 5 working days please contact Customer Services on 0044 (0)141 6389966 or email.
We are happy to resend any lost product ( usually after 15 working days as asked by Royal Mail ) 95% of our missing parcels are left in the
sorting office! After the 15 days only then we can either refund or
replace, this is stated in our terms and conditions.
3. " Can you send the product to a different location than my paypal address? "
We can only send on the address verified by Paypal as it protect us
against fraudulent transactions. We have been advised by Paypal and Ebay not to send to unconfirmed addresses.
4. " Do you offer discount on postage and multiple purchases? "
There is 20% off the postage from your second product onwards if that option is availible on Ebay or for a special quote on multiple products you can pay over the phone and if the transaction is done by

5. " How do I get the international postage price? "
The price of international postage is at the bottom of the page , you
will have to change the country and select the postal service required and press enter, it will calculate the
right price for you. If you would like a tracking service for your product then we suggest you select the Internationaly Signed For Service by Royal Mail or Parcelforce courier as this will make it easier to track your product(s).
6. " I need a tracking number? "
Majority of our parcels are sent by standard service. If you would like to track a parcel we suggest you select any of the Signed For services or Premium services offered. Otherwise we can not track a parcel on the standard service.
7. " How can I return the product to you? "

id with contact details. As soon as we receive it at our warehouse we will carry out

Collection facility is now available subject to 10% less of the total
fee including postage and package and the product price. for e.g.
Buy it now £8.00 and P.P. £2.00 total = £10.00 ( £10-10% = £9 ).
