The Tiny Love Light & Motion mobile features cute characters hanging from an easily-adjustable swivel arm. They move in time to a 20-minute programme of the music of Bach, Mozart, Debussy and nature sounds. There's a pleasant nightlight and a colourful liquid shapes effect.

A Multi-Sensory Experience
The Symphony Light & Motion Mobile stimulates and develops sight and hearing. With four different fascinating movements, it encourages baby to focus on an object and track it with her eyes. The combination of repetitive circular motion and other alternating movements with objects rising and falling and turning around, maintains baby’s attention and active observation. In addition, the alternating movement of the colorful liquids in the center, with or without the light, enriches the visual experience. The three different classical music tunes stimulate and develop hearing, bringing baby closer to the world of music and developing her musical skills. The combination of music and visual stimuli also develops coordination between these two senses.

Fine Motor Skills
The Symphony Light & Motion Mobile contributes to the development of baby’s eye muscles. Small babies find it difficult to follow objects with their eyes because of their limited vision and weak eye muscles. Consequently, slow-moving objects encourage babies to follow with their eyes thereby contributing to the strengthening of the eye muscles.

Cognition
Spatial perception: The visual stimuli are designed in layers – animals alongside balls with colorful cones above, and finally the colorful liquid shapes wheel. As baby’s vision develops, she begins to discover the top and bottom layers as well as those to the sides. This develops her spatial perception and her ability to organize and perceive objects in space.

Cause and effect: The music box has four buttons and can be used as a musical activity center, encouraging your baby to push buttons (cause) in order to receive different musical responses (effect).

Object Permanence
From her fifth month, your baby will become aware of objects disappearing and reappearing within his field of vision. As a result, objects that appear-disappear-reappear in a fixed order and at a set pace, contribute to the discovery and exercise of this occurrence.

EQ
Baby’s ability to calm herself depends, at least in the beginning, on outside help. The mobile is a calming stimulus which sooths her. The combination of music and motion become a stable, familiar and friendly element for baby.

Language
Listening to music contributes to the development of language in babies. Both music and language consist of a series of sounds that make up sentences. In the first instance, the sentences are musical and in the second, verbal. In both instances, the brain picks up the series of sounds, organizes them and gives them meaning.

0-1m
The Symphony Light & Music Mobile develops your baby’s hearing and sooths her with classical music specially selected for babies. During her first 3-4 weeks, your baby faces sideways. Because her neck muscles are still weak, she cannot look forward. Therefore, it isn’t necessary to assemble the entire mobile at this stage and it is sufficient to only play the music box. However, the rest of the mobile should be assembled by the third week. The movement above her will encourage your baby to straighten her head in order to see.

1-3m
Your baby looks up and enjoys watching the objects moving above her and following them with her eyes, thereby developing sight and strengthening her eye muscles. Her improved vision allows her to discover more of the mobile elements. The classical music stimulates her to listen and develops her hearing.

3-5m
The Symphony Light & Motion Mobile develops depth perception, in other words baby’s eyes become coordinated enabling three-dimensional perception, and allowing her to see various distances. Now she can enjoy the entire mobile, gazing with interest at the colored water generating a fascinating and alternating visual experience. She will discover the falling beads and will be able to follow the captivating motions, seeing how the objects are spatially arranged on a vertical plane (from top to bottom) and on a horizontal plane (to the sides) thereby developing her spatial perception. Her developing memory allows her to recognize the various objects and to continue enjoying them.

6m+
Now the mobile can be removed leaving only the music box for your baby to use as a musical activity center. At this stage, he is learning to understand the world around him by trial and error. He enjoys activating objects and discovers the link between his actions and the effect caused by his action. So, as he sits or stands in his bed, he pushes the buttons activating the music box, learning how to operate it, how to change the tunes and even how to switch it off, thereby learning cause and effect and developing control of his fingers (fine motor skills).
