Due to unforeseen circumstances we are selling this luxury timeshare apartment that we have owned since 1986. When you buy this you are entitled to use it for the rest of your life and can pass it on to other members of your family, just like any other property. Description: Leila Playa is a secluded, friendly resort, whose avenues of palm trees wind down to the beach and the warm Mediterranean. At the centre is the outdoor swimming pool with its sun trap terraces flanked by tumbling waterfalls, rockeries and rock pools. At the Colonial-style Clubhouse, you can enjoy a drink or meal in the bar-restaurant, or dine alfresco on the Club terrace, over-looking the pool. The spacious marble-floored apartments are fitted and furnished to a very high standard. Company Who own: MacDonald Hotel & Resorts Resort: Leila Playa, Costa Del Sol, Spain Type of Accommodation: 5*, Sleeps 4 ( 1 BEDROOM WITH DOUBLE BED, PULL DOWN DOUBLE WALLBED IN LIVING AREA & 1 BATHROOM) Apartment Number: C4 Week to be used: Week 20 ( 3rd week in May) You do not always have to use this week you are able to exchange the week via exchange companies such as Dial and Exchange, RCI. You can therefore change your destination but not pay hefty apartment, villa prices. Maintenance Fees: 2009 was £485 ( Maintenance fees are paid until 2010) Tranfers Fee: The legal fees for Transfer of Ownership are £364.00 & will be paid by myself, there are no other hidden costs. I will send this back to MacDonalds with my “Holiday Certificate” ( Title Deeds) & the transfer of ownership fee ( £364) · MacDonalds will process this form & send you a form to complete & return · Once you have received the form you must complete it & send it back to MacDonalds. · Once MacDonalds receive your completed form they will process the “Transfer of Ownership” into your name. (This process can take from 4 – 6 weeks from beginning to end) If you have any questions please email me. Once the auction has finished please pay the final bid price to me.
