The Travel & Leisure Group are selling this timeshare on behalf of a private individual. The asking price is set by the Vendor and includes commissions.
Resort transfer fee - This is set by the resort and varies depending on the resorts legal structure. The average transfer fee is £400 but can be lower or higher. This is included in the price. Please contact David James on 01787 888 122 for more info.

Escrow is a third party account provided for the sole purpose of protecting both parties (Purchaser and Vendor) during a resale transaction. For further details please contact David James on 01787 888 122.
Legal Checks:
The Travel & Leisure Group will carry out full legal checks on each timeshare upon a deal being struck between both a purchaser and a vendor. As there are many weeks for sale on Ebay, it would not be possible to do this before hand.
The Travel & Leisure Group will happily undertake full legal checks on timeshares prior to you bidding if preferred, please keep in mind that this can take a day or two for some resorts and is time consuming, please only request this if serious about purchasing.
Included in the legal checks are management fees and finance checks. In all instances, the Vendor is responsible for any encumbrances.
Also included are checks on lease lengths etc…
SHOULD THERE BE ANY PROBLEM WITH THE TIMESHARE FOR SALE THAT INCREASES THE AMOUNT THE PURCHASER HAS TO PAY, YOU WILL BE RELEASED FROM ANY OBLIGATION TO PURCHASE.
Management Fees
The Purchaser is responsible for the management fees from the first year of occupancy onwards. The Vendor is responsible for outstanding management fees (if any).
Occupancy
As some Vendors are selling now but may be using their timeshare this year, it is important to establish which year you would first like to use it. For example; if a week 33 (August) is for sale now and the Vendor is using it this year, then the first year of occupancy would be week 33 from 2009 onwards.
Purchasing
When purchasing a timeshare it will be necessary to leave a deposit before a contract is sent to you. This deposit is £350 or 10 per cent, whichever is greater.
This deposit is fully refundable should there be any unforeseen problems or you wish to cancel within your 14 day cooling-off period.
Please keep in mind that Vendors also have the same 14 day cooling-off period.
