Your item will be professionally & carefully packed and despatched in a timely manner. Most orders made before 3pm and have cleared payment are despatched the very same day! Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the following day.Your order will normally be posted within 1 business day after confirmation and verification of your payment information. Orders are not processed for shipment on weekends and holidays. No pickups are permitted unless previous arranged.

We use both Royal Mail services and ParcelForce Couriers, depending on the size of your order.

Please note : Shipping for Highlands and Islands of Scotland and the Channel Islands are not the same as Mainland UK - Please use our calculator or contact us for details. Please do not process an order for these areas without consulting the calculator or ourselves as these items will not be despatched and will cause delay.

All goods are new unless stated otherwise. 

Any item found to be damaged or faulty when received must be returned to us WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt
 
We also accept the return of goods that were wrongly ordered or ordered in error for exchange. These items must be returned to us carriage paid in the original packing and in a saleable condition WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt. P & P or carriage on exchange/replacement item is chargeable. There will be a 10% restocking fee applied before refund of these goods.
