Operating Instructions
Tilevision® screens are made from 6mm thick toughened safety glass which conforms to BS 6206:1981 Class A under Kite Mark License No. KM07504.
The screen also conforms to BS 7449:1991 (clause 6) for vertically glazed domestic panels

Delivery:
We use external companies to deliver our items.
Deliveries are processed only on working days (Mon-Fri). Orders will only be dispatched once full payment has been received, once we have your contact number or if relevant the hand of bath you require.
Timescales
For smaller items (like radiators, shower screens) delivery is generally within 1-5 working days of the eBay dispatch notification
For palletised items (like bathrooms suites) you will be contacted–generally within 2-3 days of the e-bay dispatch notification – to arrange a time and delivery day that suits to you. If you haven’t heard from the courier company within 5 days then please contact us and we will assist you in tracking your order.
Details
For palletised deliveries, the goods will be delivered as close as possible to your front door. If this location is unreachable for any reason, such as a narrow street, up a flight of stairs (such as flats), or any other obstruction, delivery will be made as near to your property as possible.
For palletised deliveries, the driver is NOT insured to take the goods inside your property. The pallet will be delivered to the address provided and it is strongly recommended that at least 2 able bodied persons are available to receive the delivery and carry the goods inside.
Arrangements for delivery of palletised items are between you and the courier company.
DAMAGES: Items MUST BE CHECKED upon receipt. On rare occasions breakage can occur in transit. If you believe it to be broken, then DO NOT SIGN for it. The driver will return it to us & we will then promptly dispatch a new one. We MUST be informed of any transit damage (Unsigned for) within 24 hours of delivery. We cannot be held responsible for broken or missing parts after this time.
Checking Goods For Damage and Notifying Us
For small item deliveries that arrive from couriers you agree to open all boxes and thoroughly check goods for damage on the day of delivery and notify us of any damage within 24 hours of the delivery. If we are not notified of damage within 24 hours we are unable to claim from either the manufacturer or the carrier. You agree to indemnify us in full for any losses we suffer as a result of your failure to notify us within 24 hours.
For bulky deliveries that arrive on pallets you agree to check the goods for damage before signing the driver’s delivery note. If you sign for the goods, even if you write the words "Unchecked" or similar on the delivery note, then you are accepting that the goods arrived in good condition and later claims for damages will not be considered. If someone else is signing for the goods on your behalf you agree to advise them that the goods must be checked and you accept full responsibility for any loss or damage if they sign on your behalf and fail to check. You agree to indemnify us in full for any losses we suffer as a result of you or your agent accepting goods and signing a delivery note without thoroughly checking the goods for damage.
Returns Policy - Changed Your Mind?
If you change your mind about the product or it doesn’t fit then you need to inform us within 14 days of delivery that you would like to return the item. Goods must be returned in un-opened resalable condition and you will not be refunded until we receive and have checked the goods. Your refund will be issued minus 20% - this is to cover our original delivery costs and restocking fees. The responsibility and cost for arranging delivery of unwanted items rests with you (we can give you details of the company we use on request)
We suggest that you take out carrier insurance because if the goods do not arrive in re-saleable condition no refund will be made.
Liability:
We strongly recommend that you refrain from booking in a fitter until you have had all your products delivered and checked for damage.
Any modification of products will invalidate the warranty.
We will not be held responsible for delays in delivery once the item has left our warehouse.
Should there be damage to your goods then our liability for losses you suffer as a result of this is strictly limited to the purchase price of the Product you purchased
We are not responsible for indirect losses which happen as a side effect of the main loss or damage and which are not foreseeable by you and us (such as loss of income or revenue, loss of business, loss of profits or contracts, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, waste of management or office time) however arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise, even if foreseeable.
EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control this includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control.
