1)please email us telling of this.
2)The item must be returned by trackable means (Royal Mail special delivery, Royal Mail recorded Delivery Parcel Force ) at your own expense.
3) Once the item has been recieved we will refund you the purchase cost less postage and handling.
4) We are sorry but the postage and handling part of the invoice cannot be refunded.
