• To qualify for postage discounts, all items to be sent out in one parcel and must be paid for together in one payment.
• For more than one item, please ask us for an invoice and add £0.50pence to each additional smaller item, and £1.00 to each additional larger item upto a value of £50 in both cases.
• Postage also includes packaging & handling costs.
• If you would like your item to arrive in a beautiful presentation gift bag (additional charge of £1.00), please email us before paying and we will send you a special invoice.
• Insured postage methods are advisable as, although parcels are carefully packaged and addressed, in rare events they can go missing. Unfortunately I can not be responsible for items that go missing in the post unless appropriate insured postage option is chosen!
• Parcels posted outside UK could take 2 – 3 weeks to arrive (longer, if held up by customs). Overseas buyer is responsible for any customs, duties, taxes, etc. that may arise when the parcel enters their country.

We do NOT sell items on approval. All sales are final; hence please consider your purchase carefully. Please do not bid if you are unsure whether you will complete your transaction. PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE AUCTION ENDING.

SHIPPING

Goods will be sent the day the payment clears. We will endeavour to post all items the same or next day the payment is made Monday to Friday and for payment received on Saturday the item will be posted on Monday.

Please note that we obtain proof of posting certificates on all items sent out. If for any reason you do not receive your product within two weeks of payment being received, then we will provide you with this certificate so that you can claim for your item. We can not take responsibility for damage in transit, we pack our goods carefully.

REFUND POLICY:

Bidding on an Internet auction, without having actually seen the item in real life can be an anxious experience. We do our utmost to ease the bidders concerns and give them full confidence in the process.

1. The item must be mailed within 7 days of receiving it.

2. Prior to returning an item, we should be notified by e-mail for instructions.

3. The item should be sent along with their original documents and the price tag should not be tampered with.

4. All items must be in their original condition and packaging, not worn or altered and unused.

5. The eBay listing fees, selling charges, postage expenses and 15% restocking fee will be deducted unless the item is defective or misrepresented.

6. It is advisable to insure each item to be returned. We do not reimburse shipping costs

7. Full refund will be given for items with manufacturing fault.

8. Full refund will be given to any misrepresented item. The item but MUST be verified by a certified gemmologist/jeweller report detailing the errors in description. You will pay for insuring each item to be returned, as well as the cost of a geological laboratory report.

9. International purchases are non-refundable.
