New and sealed/wrapped items - may be returned within 7 days of receipt in the same condition (new and sealed/wrapped) for a full refund less postage and packing costs. Boxed unwrapped items – We offer a replacement service only for damaged in transit or suspected faulty items. No returns can be accepted for change of mind.  Any faults must be notified to us within 24hrs of receipt.  For faulty items we reserve the right to request items to be sent back to us at the buyers expense for testing before a replacement is issued. Where no replacement is available we may at our discretion offer an alternative product of an equal listing value or offer to issue a refund less postage and packaging costs.
