UK Postal deliveries - you have the option of the following:

• Royal Mail 1^st Class Post - Although 1^st Class usually takes 1-3 days, on occasions it can take longer. Whilst we sympathise with any orders delayed in the post, please remember that we have no control over the delivery. Items cannot be considered lost until after 15 workings days (3 weeks) – Royal Mail rules, not ours! If an item is urgently required, please consider upgrading to Special Delivery.
• Special Delivery - If the item is urgently required, we recommended selecting Special Delivery postage which is traceable and guaranteed to most UK areas by the next working day after dispatch.

International Postal Deliveries: Light items are sent by Small Packet Airpost. Although Airpost usually reaches most destinations within 7-10 days, on occasions it can take longer. Items required on a faster or traceable delivery can be sent by courier. We will gladly quote for courier deliveries to any international destination.
