Microstepping Bipolar Stepper Motor Driver .

  The RoutOut CNC stepper motor drive has many uses including for CNC retrofitting / robot control or driving you own CNC machine. It is simple to wire and operates with no external current setting resistors needed.

The RoutOut CNC stepper motor driver is a single axis, pulse width modulated (PWM), Micro-stepping Bipolar driver with Full / Half / Quarter / Eighth stepping capabilities.

It is directly compatible with all of the major CNC software including but not limited to RoutOut CNC ,Turbo CNC, Mach 2, Mach1, KCam, Ability systems – LPT Indexer, etc., the list goes on.

  • 2.5 A 30V Output Drive Capabilities.
  • 3V to 5V logic inputs.
  • Synchronous Rectification for low power / heat dissipation
  • Internal UVLO and Thermal shutdown circuitry.
  • Small PCB foot print only 66mm x 77mm
  • Internal 5V logic driver onboard (no need for 5v Supply)
  • Enable – Turns the motor off when not being driven.

Routout CNC CAD CAM Software

Description and Specification.

Whether you are building your own CNC Machine/ converting an existing machine or you have simply bought a kit. The Routout software will enable you to control your new addition to the workshop with ease, RoutOutCNC Manager will control your stepper motor step and direction drive board directly from you LPT port (Parallel printer Port) Three axis Control ie X,Y,Z plus control lines for Turning on / off Router ,Cooling Etc


The program comes as two parts:
1. RoutoutCNC Viewer ( Design and Conversion )

 2. RoutoutCNC Manager ( LPT Stepper motor Driver )

 Within the RoutoutCNC Viewer software this will alow you to create FL files and import HPGL, DXF and G - Code files for editing or converting, from Corel Draw, AutoCAD etc. These files are then sent to the Routout Manager where they will be processed and sent down the LPT port to your potter / router. The FL file structure is very simple so can be manualy entered if you like.
Because of the simple file structure this also will allows you to write your own front end for the Routout Manager if specific functions are needed and you do not wish to use the RoutoutCNC Viewer software.
