Tested and working -retains bulb -fluorescent twin strip type. Has modern fused plug on it -please check before using

This is table mounted and either needs a clamp or can be screwed or bolted to table or shelf (previous owner used a G clamp) Metal ball joint of base could do with a drop of oil ,though may just need some use..A little dusty otherwise in good used condition.
