About Us

We have been selling ThermalTake products for over 6 years, so if you have a question please ask, if we don't know we will find out for you, as we have direct contact with ThermalTake.
 
In December 2007 we were upgraded from an Authorised Partner to a Premium Reseller with ThermalTake.
We are a UK based Limited company based in Wiltshire, established in August 2000.

Shipping

Orders are dispatched Mondays to Fridays
Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the Monday and Tuesday following the weekend.
We use Royal Mail and Business Post to deliver your UK orders
Delivery Times from date of dispatch (Approx):
Business Post UK Mainland - Next working day between 9:00am - 6:00pm
Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded - 1-2 working days
Royal Mail Special Delivery - Next working day, guaranteed by 1:00pm next day
Royal Mail 1st Class - 1-2 working days
Royal Mail Airmail - 3-7 working days
European deliveries by courier - Time dependent on destination
Note: Deliveries outside of the UK. In the event that an item goes missing, which has been sent by Royal Mail, Airmail, we cannot investigate the delivery until 25 days from the date of delivery.

We warrantee and represent that the goods are as described in the above listing. 
We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. 
Customers should satisfy themselves that any item choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use. 
We pride ourselves on our customer service.

Returns

Product Returns & Cancellations Policy
Occasionally we do get things wrong or the item you receive is not quite what you hoped for.
Goods which prove unsuitable may be returned for refund, credit or exchange if they are returned to ourselves within 7 days of receipt. Subject to the following conditions:
Items are returned carriage paid.  
Items are received in a resalable condition.
Items should be returned unused in their original condition in order to secure a refund.
Items are returned complete with all packaging in good condition. (We reserve the right to levy a charge to replace product packaging which is damaged or defaced).  
Items returned after 7 days from receipt may be subject to a restocking charge of not less than 10%. This does not affect your statutory rights.
All returns are to be accompanied by the senders name and address, account number, order reference number (these are found on the invoice), and reason for return.
We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered, please retain your proof of postage etc., you may require it on the event of a claim with your carrier.
Kool4IT is not responsible for any labour charges incurred during fitment or removal of allegedly faulty (or incorrectly supplied) parts.
Please advise our Customer Service Department of any problems with shortages or carrier damage within 3 days of receipt.  We regret that beyond this time, due to circumstances beyond our control we may be unable to process your claim.
Exclusions:
We are unable to refund:
Used items: Such items are not resalable
Items damaged in transit: Sending items back in their product packaging only is not enough; items to be returned should be properly protected on their journey back with all the packaging we used to send it to you, including the product packaging. If you send it back any other way you risk the item becoming damaged in transit and consequently you will lose all or part of your refund. The minimum handling charge for items not properly packaged is £20.00.
The original delivery charge.
Exceptions: If you return an item for a refund which triggered a saving or discount on your original order (for example free delivery or a saving on an associated item). The refund will be adjusted to remove the original saving or discount which no longer applies.
