This prized instrument with its fantastic sound, is mainly crafted by a small European manufacturer with over 50 years experience in building high-class instruments. This Irish bouzouki has an additional top class integrated pickup, which has been developed especially for it.

The Bouzouki is tuned like a Mandolin or a Fiddle G-D-A-E (G- and D-strings are octaved), but there are a lot of tunings possible.

The whole body is made of solid wood!
Top: solid spruce. Spruce is the most commonly used wood in making soundboards for acoustic instruments.
Body and neck: European maple, with a black paint finish.
Maple is strong and an extremely dense, heavy wood. It is excellent for instrument necks and bodies because it can handle excessive amounts of string tension. Maple has a bright and crisp tone and is used on everything from flamenco guitars to some electrics.
Fingerboard: mahogany.

This Irish Black has an plain headpiece with single mechanics for easy tuning.

Around the soundhole you look at an individual Celtic design which is never repeated, making each bouzouki completely individual.

The Neck is adjustable from the body side.

The scale length measures is 660 mm with 22 frets.

The instrument is, of course, absolutely new and will be delivered complete with a hard case!
