BIDDING - Only bid the amount you intend to and are able to pay for the item should you win. I sell high value items on occasion and would pursue a civil claim should you deliberately bid without the intent to pay.
INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS - If you are not located on mainland UK you will need to pay an international delivery charge, this will vary depending on the country you are located in. If you are worried about the delivery cost please email me before bidding, this can be done simply by email.
BID WITHDRAW - Please do not withdraw bids with less than 48 hours remaining on the auction in question.
PAYMENT - I am able to accept payment in £GBP. Payment should be made as per eBay policy, within 5 days of the auction close, please let me know if it will take you more than 3 days, it will stop me chasing you.
RETURNS POLICY -You have 7 days to return items that have been wholly miss described, but I must be informed by email the day upon which the item is received by yourself.
INSURANCE - If you opt to pay for postal insurance (if offered), you will be covered against loss or damage to the amount of your final bid should the item be affected during the period starting from your full cleared payment until the item is delivered to you. If you do not take postal insurance then you do not have this cover and our responsibility for your purchase ends when I pass it to the delivery agent.
SHIPPING COST - My shipping fees include packaging material as well as courier fees etc and also take into account the fact that a person may be paid to package and then deliver these items to courier depots or Post Offices.
SHIPPING - I ship auction wins usually within 24 hours of cleared payment, however we ask that you wait upto 10 working days for international delivery.
