The Ultimate Betrayal follows the plight of four sisters to bring their abusive father to justice in this film based on a true story. Sharon is a cold and compulsive perfectionist who has alienated both her husband and children. Mary repeatedly assaults her young daughter. Susan suffers from debilitating frigidity, and Beth is terrified of men.

The root of the four Rodgers sisters' wrecked lives lies in one cause: the violent psychological, physical and sexual abuse inflicted on them as children by their brutal father. Now they want to make him pay by waging a ground-breaking courtroom battle against him. But how do you win such a battle, so many years later, against a man who was seemingly a perfect father, a staunch church goer, a famous lawyer and most ironically, a child-abuse expert for the FBI?
