The Topsy Club – Safety First, 1950s children’s Badge. This is a charming 1¼” badge featuring a character called Topsy, who I guess was from a comic? The is a little black girl with hair tied in green bows. The badge was sent to a member of The Topsy Club, and includes the words Safety First. I have no idea what you had to do to join the club. It is in lovely clean condition with no dents or scratches etc. If there is a white spot or a small white strip showing on this badge it is not a scratch or other fault. It is due to the overhead light when I took the picture.
P&P in the UK is 70p. Worldwide airmail will be £1.
