Deep in an enchanted forest, a little boy wakes with no memory of who he is, or where he comes from. The magical forest creatures that find him discover to their surprise that everything he touches turns ice-cold, and so they name him Jack Frost. But outside the forest live the Goblins, who smell of boiled cabbage and make rude noises just for fun. They are determined to get the forest magic for themselves - but when they try to steal it from Jack, they discover he's a great deal cleverer than they are...

Delivery

All items are sent 1^st Class and should arrive the next working day after posting, though this cannot be guaranteed as it is dependant on Royal Mail.

A Certificate of Posting will be obtained and retained.

Loss

Royal Mail does not consider items lost until 15 working days after they are posted.  If items have not arrived by this time I will be happy to resend (dependant on availability) or offer a full refund.  I will claim compensation from Royal Mail for any lost items.

Damage

If items arrive damaged, please let me know and I will send you the Certificate of Posting so that you are able to make a claim for compensation from Royal Mail.
