This book was used during my first year at university and not since, it as been used but is in excellent condition, this is why the pages still smell fresh.

 

The book orginally cost 13.95 when i brought it from waterstones and the price tag is on the back to support this.

 

The book as a slight crease on the back of the back cover but that is all and this does not hinder the quality of the book.

 

The contents of the book surrounds various topics such as improving performance , trainning the mind, and chapters to help optimize inner drive for traing and compertition as well as how to maintain emotional and mental control for unwavering focus. There is also a chapter about improving communication for skils and better leadership,  it also covers areas which help to avoid slumps, injuries, and other challenges.
