  VERY IMPORTANT! eBay has changed its rules regarding charging UK buyers for postage and I have therefore changed the way I list my items. 1) Postage - eBay has decided that sellers are no longer allowed to charge UK buyers for postage & packing but unfortunately the UK Post Office continues to charge real money to send stuff & the company I buy my record mailers from refuse to give me them for nothing. Therefore UK domestic postage will be built into the start price of all items (for NON-UK buyers shipping will be cheaper to accomodate this). IF YOU BUY MORE THAN ONE ITEM & IT LEADS TO YOU OVERPAYING THE ACTUAL POSTAGE COST I WILL REFUND THE DIFFERENCE TO YOU AFTERWARDS. The price you pay will not increase - YOU PAY THE SAME AS BEFORE! The only difference is that sellers pay more fees. 2) Insurance: no longer allowed as an optional extra for shipping. All the L.P.s are good condition they have been played but have been cleaned and then put back in the covers all are checked and if I am not happy with the playback on my tec SL1210 then I simply will not list it...

WHEN SELLING RECORDS I USE THE ESTABLISHED AND WIDELY ACCEPTED GRADING SYSTEM AS USED IN THE RARE RECORD PRICE GUIDE THIS IS MORE OR LESS WORD FOR WORD..

MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.

EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc.

FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.
