Returns Policy

I try very hard to describe the items I sell accurately and honestly.

I will be happy to refund your item if you receive it and it is not as described, once you have returned the item to me explaining the problem. I do not refund the return leg of postage. Please contact me with any problems and I will be happy to assist.

Postal Policy

Please remember that once your item has been posted, I am in the hands of the postal service. If you have to pay for a parcel to retrieve it at your end, please ask for a receipt, as this will mean the postage sticker label has come unstuck during transit. This can be reclaimed from the Royal Mail.

I list my postage charges to cover:

Postage, quality packaging and my time spent wrapping, queuing in the post office, return petrol to and from to PO, etc. Therefore the postal cost on the parcel will differ from the actual postage paid.

I send items 2^nd class to keep postage cost reasonable and always keep a certificate of proof of posting for every item. I generally state what the 1^st class postage will be if you want this option, particularly on buy it now purchases. It is possible to have next day delivery, but this is costly, if you require next day delivery please email for the price and I will adjust your invoice before you pay.

If parcels are too heavy for 2^nd class, or over the value of £32. I state the 1^st class; special or standard parcel charges in each individual case. Insurance is needed when items sell for over £32.00. This is extra

I package my parcels well. Once posted, the delivery time and condition on arrival, leaves me in the hands of the postal service, which I am happy to say have been really good to me in all but a few occasions.

If your parcel arrives damaged it is my policy to assist you to make a claim for the damage in transit, by supplying you with the certificate of postage and all the necessary details for the Post office claim form.

If your parcel does not arrive within two weeks please contact me and I will contact the post office on your behalf to try and reclaim monies if they have lost the parcel. (Please note OVERSEAS  parcels, I am unable to challenge Royal mail about a lost parcel for airmail until 25 days after postage, it may still arrive up to that time. For surface mail I am unable to challenge the postal service until 12 weeks following the date of posting have passed.

Postal reductions

 I do offer a reduction on some items, if more than one item is purchased. I clearly state in the description of each item advertisement whether there is a postal reduction. I clearly state how much I will reduce the postage by.

As I sell many games, these are in a variety of shapes, sizes and weights; it is not always easy or suitable to wrap certain games together. Therefore I generally offer a postal discount on the 2^nd, 3^rd  items listed postage of 50p . I will email to ensure you have read my terms on reduced postage, before posting out your items, as I am not prepared to haggle over postage once your items have been received.

If a listed item does not mention a discount, you can still ask about this, as once I know what you are interested in it is possible to weigh items and look at how they fit together in terms of best postage cost. For instance a mixture of books and games or games of a similar size will have more leeway for discount
