This is the Dutch magazine DUTCH issue 20 from 1999 by editor Matthias Vriens. Sadly the magazine discontinued after 40 issues, and since than much sought after.
Magazine is in perfect condition, has hardly any signs of wear or reading. Only the cover has very light signs of wear, but no corners, folds or stains.Inside state of the magazine is Mint. This issue is themed Spring, Reach out and Touch and features :
