The Go-ped is in very well kept condition. I bought this item for $500 a couple months after it came out. The accelerator (handle) and brake (handle) both work perfectly, as well as the folding mechanism. The emergency switch shuts down the engine at your command. The metal is in very good condition, no scrapes or rust. The engine is in good working condition, the go-ped has never needed a fix of any kind, body or engine, except it does need a normal replacement of the wheels after casual riding. The front wheel is very worn and the goped is in need of new tires. I researched parts and they do not cost anything over $25. The go-ped cruises at an average of 23 mph. Upgrades may be added to reach higher speeds if desired, but it is fully stock. The go-ped has minimal usage, and all the years that I have had it, it wasn't used very much. When new tires are put on, expect to have a great running scooter for many years to come! Go-ped also comes with user manual and instructions.
