•  Some countries may charge import duties and taxes. We do not pay or collect duties and taxes. This will be the responsibility of the buyer. 
•  Certain items may be banned in other countries. It will be the buyer?s responsibility to know whether the item is allowed in their country. We are not responsible for packages confiscated at customs. 
•  Insurance is required on all international orders.
•  We do not ship to India and Malaysia.

Item Availability

We do our best  to make sure that all orders are shipped out with 3 business days (usually faster), occasionally we may have inventory discrepency . In this event, we will give buyers the choice of canceling the out-of-stock items, holding off shipment of the entire order until the product is available, or receiving a partial shipment of the in-stock items first and the out-of-stock items when they are available. No additional shipping charges will be incurred by buyers for these partial shipments.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us BEFORE returning products or leaving feedback, and we will be more than happy to work with you. We will gladly issue a refund upon reciept for any reason minus shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee.We will waive the restocking fee if the item is returned for OUR mistake.We will exchange an item as long as you provide the shipping and handling payment along with the item to be exchanged. The item must be returned, unopened, in sellable condition, in original boxes and with all paperwork and accessories. We will not be able to offer returns or credit on any food or candy item unless it is the wrong item or there is something wrong with it.
