The historian and heritage protection supervisor Vitolds Masnovskis has compiled a unique enclyclopedia that includes thorough information about the history, architecture, artistic and cultural value of EVERY Lutheran church in Latvia.
There is four 480-page books in this series. They were printed from 2005-2007, but it took about 10 years to make them. They are highest quality print on uncoated antiglare paper with canvas hardcover, so these books will last for generations.
All those books come in special numbered gift/storage box (only 200 were made), and No.1 of them was given as gift to President of Latvia.
There is 3192 unique highquality photos(interiors and exteriors), more than 200 coat of arms, about 70 drawings by Johann Christoph Brotze from 18th century.
Alphabetical division of all 336 Latvia's Lutheran churches: 1st (A-G) 2nd (I-L) 3rd (M-R) 4th (S-Z)
