We accept the following methods of payment:

Prefered payments by PayPal but we also accept payment by Postal Order, cheque, eCheques, Bank Transfer and Banker's Draft (UK Sterling only).  We do not dispatch goods until payment has cleared.

Payment should be received within 7 days from the end of the auction.  If payment has not been received by the end of 7th day, an unpaid item dispute will be opened and an unpaid strike left.  If there is a problem with payment please contact us, we are here to help.

All our stock is genuine and sealed just like you'll find in any high street shop or any of the major online retailers.

Our DVD`s are Region 2 unless otherwise stated.  This means that the discs will play on all DVD players purchased in the UK (and in central europe). Please ensure that your equipment is capable of playing Region 2 discs before purchase.  Refunds will not be given for incompatible hardware.

Feedback is automatically left by our system once the customer has left feedback for us.  This lets us know the customer has received their item.  If there is a problem please contact us before any feedback is left so we can rectify any issues.

 

All items are in stock at the time of listing.

All our products are sourced from dependable UK suppliers. Most items are dispatched within 1-2 working days and arrive at their destination a few days later.  In some cases items may take longer but please be aware that any delays are down to Royal Mail.

Please allow up to 14 days from the dispatch date for delivery (21 days for international orders).

In the unlikely event that your item has not arrived within 14 days, we will investigate and issue a replacement or refund depending on the availability of the item.

Faulty or incorrect items may be returned for a replacement or refund. 

Unwanted items may be returned only if in their original sealed state at the buyers expense (subject to a 10% restocking fee).
