Auction/Buy it Now Sales Policy:

Your bid is a contract - Place a bid or Buy it Now only if you're serious about buying the item.  If you are the winning bidder or purchaser, you will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item.

We will pursue Non-Paying Bidders through Ebay's Non-Paying Bidder Policy and issue Negative Feedback for such bidders.

All items are shipped from our offices in Exeter, Devon. Collection is always possible ~ but please give us 24 hours notice if you do wish to collect your order (collection orders are only payable in cash at the time of collection). Please note there is an administration charge of £3.00 for items collected.

Orders are generally shipped on the day after cleared payment, by First Class Recorded Delivery, Special Delivery or courier as specified on the Auction.

UK Postcodes that are outside of the UK Mainland may incur additional delivery costs for items that would be despatched by courier or be sent by Royal Mail Parcelpost Service.

Additional Fees:

The shipping costs reflect our handling and packing costs, our packing materials and staff are not free of charge.

We will always try to combine multiple purchases wherever possible for a combined postage cost.

Returns and Refunds:

Our Returns and Refund Policy ~ keep it as simple as possible.

If you want to return any item it must be in new, unopened and un-used condition ~ whatever reason you wish to return it for ~ please contact us for an RMA Number.

Upon receipt of the item, we will offer a refund (less ~ original postage costs and a re-stocking fee of 20%) ~ Return Postage Costs to us are also non-refundable.

If any item is faulty or damaged in transit - simply contact us via email within 3 working days of receipt of item for a DIT Number and we will replace it or refund as necessary, claims after 3 working days will not be entertained.

Refund payments will always be via the same method as the original payment(ie. if you pay via Paypal, you will receive your refund via Paypal)
