This VHS video is is brand new, still in the original factory shrink wrap.  It is called, "The Firm:  Firm Parts - Standing Legs."  Run time is 42 minutes, and it features Selina Bartunek.  It is shapes and strengthens legs and hips.  Guaranteed visible results in 10 workouts.
