Please don,t hesitate to ask if you are not sure how to deal with something. Generally though..... We do accept returns if there is a genuine reason. 
Such as...Faulty/Not working etc/Genuine mistake made by the purchaser/The description of the item was not as good as it could have been etc. Mistakes can quite easily be made---either from us as the seller and sometimes from you as the purchaser. The important thing is that you "The Customer" has peace of mind when you deal with us. Usure or think there might be a problem---"Just Ask" we will always try to help you as much as we can.

Cost of returning goods back to us..... Quite simply...If the goods were faulty/not as described...we pay the return cost. ...Any other reason for accepting them back...postage cost etc would be paid for by the purchaser (as the majority of items we sell are sent "carriage free" )  Please rest assured though we strive to give you a---"Buy with confidence" approach. ♥
