After installation, items are non-refundable owing to hygiene reasons. Provided approval is given to return the item, customers will be responsible for immediately arranging this and paying all shipping charges. Customers must return the item undamaged, in an as-new condition, and with any handbook and/or accessories originally supplied. Please return the item in its original packaging. Returned items that are found to be damaged and/or incomplete will be subject to a deduction in the refund given. This policy will not affect your statutory rights. 

All items are also backed by a 12 month manufacturers warranty from the date of sale.
