Each item will require to be signed for when delivered and will be delivered by Parcelforce Worldwide. If you are not in to take delivery the couriers will leave a card and you must phone the number on the card to let them know when you will be in. If they make two failed delivery attempts they will return the item back to us and you will have to pay a surcharge and again for the delivery We make every effort to make sure this arrives when it should but the service is not guaranteed and we do not take any responsibility for late delivery.
