Lobo Holy Basil Seasoning Paste 50g.


Full of aromatic Thai basil, this quick and simple dish is a favourite of the people of Bangkok. Sometimes it is served hot over steamed rice with a fried egg on top.
Made from: chilli, soy sauce, holy basil leaves, onions, soy bean oil, garlic, sugar and salt.

 

Recipe Idea:

Pad Gai Kaprao

1.   Slice or chop 250g of your chosen meat.

2.   Heat a wok or a frying pan and add 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil together with the contents of this packet. Stir until it becomes aromatic.

3.   Add the meat and stir-fry until the meat is done.

4.   Serve with boiled rice and top with a fried egg (optional).
