You can collect your items in person, saving time and money on postage. Collection is only available in the evenings after 19:00 – 21:00 and at weekends. Please arrange time, date and collection time before arrival. All Royal Mail items are covered for up to £28 in the event of loss or damage whilst in transit. If the item you are bidding on is worth more than £28 an insurance option will appear during checkout. If you do not take this option and your item is lost or damaged in the post, we will only refund the £28 which we can recover from the Royal Mail.
